The Alternative Ballet Class series takes favourite ballet melodies and reimagines / rearranges them in a variety of contemporary musical styles.
Each volume is sequenced as a full ballet class and has a solo piano version of each arrangement as well as a jazz / pop / soul / blues / orchestral version.
With over 20 years of experience of playing for free and syllabus class, Andrew Holdsworth – music producer of the RAD Grades and Vocational syllabus – has created an imaginative and inspiring series of recordings that will complement and support your ballet teaching.
